Steuben's is a great addition to the 17th Ave area. The food is great! Service is fun, and there is no over the top 'this and that'. They don't have 20 different types of flavored vodka. They don't have a large and confusing wine list, they don't serve every beer under the sun, but what they do have is straight forward, great, and perfect for the price. Although people keep trying to label it a diner, and yes there was some diner influences in the design, this is not a diner! If you want a diner, and pay diner prices (although this place is not expensive, name some places that serve the same quality for close to the same prices) I recommend Pete's kitchen, Mama's or my favorite (although not in the same neighborhood) Breakfast King.\r
Steuben's brunch is the bomb too!
Pros: hollindaise! nightly specials. service!
Cons: no hollindaise during the week
