I have been a patient at LFP since 2001. Specifically, I have been seeing Dr. Murphy regularly for the past year and off and on in the years prior to that. She has an excellent bedside manner and is always willing to answer any questions that I have. I have never waited more than 24 hours to see her and the last time I was in, she was more than happy to answer my questions about a problem not related to why I was there. The facility does have an automated telephone answering system that requests you press a number to get to the proper receptionist for the doctor you are calling for. It is by no means confusing. As soon as you do so, you get a real person to schedule your appointment with. I have seen multiple doctors at this facility, including Dr. Carla Phipps and Dr. McKeon and have been nothing but satisfied. I drive 20 miles because they provide a great service. The staff is also great about putting me through to a nurse if I have a question about a recent visit or medication. I have recommended, and continue to recommend, the doctors at this practice. \r
Pros: The facility could use a little updating with furniture, paint, etc.
Cons: Occassionally, the wait once in the exam room is a little long. But it hasn't been worth finding another doctor in the 6 years I've been a patient.
