Review content:
The guy was very nice and he was on time. The issue was that I had a coupon for around $69.00 and when he arrived he said that I needed a special enzyme pre-treatment for some spots and the heavy traffic areas. THE PRICE DOUBLED to $140.00 for my 1001 square foot place. ""It gets better"". I proceeded to go with his new price after confirming with him that this prespot treatment would work. He cleaned the carpets in my whole place in only 40 mins or so. I was surprised on how quick he was when most carpet guys took twice as long. When he finished he said that if I was not happy with the results, I would have to notify him in ONLY three days. As most of you know, it takes more than three days to show if it is going too. To make this long story short, the spots and trafic areas all showed back up and he skipped many edges which are darker than the rest of my carpet.. VERY DISAPPOINTED AND YOU SHOULD STAY CLEAR OF THIS SERVICE....Heath
