I am extremely disappointed with steamco!!! The only reason why we went with this company was because our regular company was not available on the day and time we were interested in. They failed to remove all spots claiming it needed deep cleaning for extra cost but still would not guarantee it. Our regular company never charged extra and would manage to remove ALL spots without this so called deep cleaning extra charge. If you read this review don't waste your time or money with this company it's not worth it!!!! We called to express our concern with our lack of satisfaction and they were definitely not interested in pleasing the customer but would be willing to return for an ADDITIONAL charge :( very disappointed!!!!!!!!!!!! more

Big mistake!!! Called due to a low cost coupon and to do the house was estimated on the phone at about $175 (tile and 3 rooms of carpet). Got an estimate before he started, $630. Coupon says deodorizing, pre-spotting, but not to be. The worker, Dillon, claims the pre-spotting is in the solution. Hmmm, then it wouldn't be ""pre."" He is a nice guy, but apparently working for a deceptive operator.\r \r If you want it really ""pre"" you pay an extra $40 or $50 for the ""deep cleaning."" After he was done with a room, it was as dirty as when he started. He says it needs the ""deep clean"" which requires the ""pre-treatment."" Let's talk in a circle again. The coupon says ""pre-spotting."" No, that refers to if you had a wine stain, etc. Forget the ""Satisfaction guaranteed."" Whatever price he quotes, he quotes. To get it clean, well, that is ""extra."" \r \r Beware! These other positive postings HAVE to be self generated. I should have known to check the online reviews prior. more

The guy was very nice and he was on time. The issue was that I had a coupon for around $69.00 and when he arrived he said that I needed a special enzyme pre-treatment for some spots and the heavy traffic areas. THE PRICE DOUBLED to $140.00 for my 1001 square foot place. ""It gets better"". I proceeded to go with his new price after confirming with him that this prespot treatment would work. He cleaned the carpets in my whole place in only 40 mins or so. I was surprised on how quick he was when most carpet guys took twice as long. When he finished he said that if I was not happy with the results, I would have to notify him in ONLY three days. As most of you know, it takes more than three days to show if it is going too. To make this long story short, the spots and trafic areas all showed back up and he skipped many edges which are darker than the rest of my carpet..
