I highly DO NOT RECOMMEND parking your car at LAX PARKING CENTER. We had waited for more than 30 minutes until they finally picked us up. The other shuttle services must of passed by twice or three times before our shuttle arrived. It was so bad that a driver from another company had approached me to say that he has seen me three times during his rounds and suggested I take another shuttle that was close to the garage.\r

I may have seen the LAX Parking Center shuttle after twenty minutes of waiting but they never took the time to stop. On their first round, all they had done was drive by and honk. They would of done the same thing the second time around if I hadn't ran and waved frantically. Another woman in our shared van had also complained about the same thing and instead of being apologetic the driver was extremely rude to her. He did not allow her to use her cellphone, constantly rolled her window down when it was cold, and hesitated to bring down her luggage. This was the worse experience and never again will I use this parking center.
Cons: Extremely long wait and Extremely rude...oh yeah, we found a couple scratches on our car also.
