Lax Parking Center

DO NOT PARK HERE! This facility tandem parks and as such, you have to give up your keys to park at this facility, which is not stated on the website. We parked our vehicle and gave up our keys. At the time of pick up, there was another vehicle parked in front of us and they could not move this vehicle because they LOST THE KEYS! It took OVER AN HOUR to get our vehilce out of the facility and still THE KEYS WERE NEVER FOUND. I asked for a discount due to the inconvenience and I received no response. I will NEVER use this facility again and I suggest you DO NOT EITHER. more

DO NOT park here. I repeat, DO NOT park here.\r \r I joined CitySearch just to review this parking center. HORRIBLE service. They tell you to pay a small amount of online deposit so I did.\r They're right next to Air Park, which is similar business. It's really hard to tell that they're separate business so I parked at air park, and when I returned from my trip I found out that they're separate business so I asked them to reimburse my deposit.\r \r You know what their reply was?\r Without any explanation, ""NO"" in a big bold font. That's it.\r So I complained about it and they replied again... this is exactly what they wrote. ""Internet advertising costs money, and we paid for your clicks on our site, and you go and betray us by going across the street and parking at our competitors???""\r \r Betray them? They're out of their mind.\r Just don't park there. It's ridiculous. Cons: EVERYTHING more

LAX Parking Center - Let the Nightmare Begin . . .\r If you value your time, your car, and your peace of mind, DO NOT park at LAX Parking Center located at 9920 S La Cienega Boulevard in Inglewood, CA. Spend a little extra and park your car at a reputable garage like The Parking Spot or Park One. Believe me, it will be well worth it in the long run.\r \r Long story short, LAX Parking Center damaged my car and they and their insurance are denying liability. I highly DO NOT RECOMMEND parking your car at LAX PARKING CENTER. We had waited for more than 30 minutes until they finally picked us up. The other shuttle services must of passed by twice or three times before our shuttle arrived. It was so bad that a driver from another company had approached me to say that he has seen me three times during his rounds and suggested I take another shuttle that was close to the garage.\r \r I may have seen the LAX Parking Center shuttle after twenty minutes of waiting but they never took the time to stop. On their first round, all they had done was drive by and honk. They would of done the same thing the second time around if I hadn't ran and waved frantically. Another woman in our shared van had also complained about the same thing and instead of being apologetic the driver was extremely rude to her. He did not allow her to use her cellphone, constantly rolled her window down when it was cold, and hesitated to bring down her luggage. This was the worse experience and never again will I use this parking center. Cons: Extremely long wait and Extremely rude...oh yeah, we found a couple scratches on our car also. more
