I have been a patient of Forest Dental Center for over 10 years, and I would never dream of going anywhere else. I have had work done by Dr. Binder and Dr. McAvoy, and they were GREAT experiences. They are both very gentle--you don't even realize that you are getting a shot! I've also seen almost all of the hygienists and they are equally as caring.
One thing I really appreciate is the fact that everything is gone over with you ahead of time as far as treatment and co-pays, so there are never any surprises. The entire staff is customer service oriented and you can tell that is a top priority of the office. They will even put you on a priority list if your first choice of an appointment time is not available--and they actually call you!
I have never written a review before, but felt compelled to off-set anything negative written here because it is just not true! My entire family are long-time patients as well, and I feel that experience is definitely worth a true assessment of an office.
You should definitely go to this office!
