I have had dental problems since I was a kid and because of numerous fillings and crowns in my childhood I have always HATED going to the dentist. Not so much anymore due to the staff at Forest Dental.\r
\r
The hygienists are very accommodating - even allowing me to listen to my iPod during dental procedures to calm my nerves. I have requested to take breaks during procedures longer than 30 mins and they have always allowed it. Dr. Binder has always been very thorough, even double checking a previous filling due to some lingering sensitivity.\r

I have had a VERY different experience from the previous reviewer. I was even scheduled to have two fillings one day and once Dr. Binder got in there to work he said that he thought we really only needed to do one b/c the area in question didn't look as bad as it had on the X-Ray. I've canceled my fair share of appointments due to work meetings, etc and have never had a problem with them rescheduling. I have been in the office once a month for the past 5 months for small fillings and the office was always accommodating in scheduling the appointments in a way that would not be a financial burden.\r

I've never had any pain during the procedures. The office is FULL of light and very comfortable.\r

I am a real patient and have been going to Forest Dental for about 6-7 years, since it was owned my McAvoy & Hendrickson and was beside Harmon Eye Center. I felt the need to write this review because of the severe negativity of the previous reviewer - and me having had a MUCH different experience there.
Pros: Pleasant staff, acommodating to the needs of the patient, acommodating to financial burdens, friendly hygenists, nice office/patient setting
Cons: The safety glasses they have you wear are a little goofy... but it's better than having pieces of tooth fly into your eye
