I wanted to take a moment and share an amazing experience I had getting my hair done by Erica Jones at Salon Sabeha. I found Erica through the Hairlocs website, and I'm so glad I did! I had another kind of extensions and was just not completely satisfied with them. Before I even met with Erica she was giving me incredible customer service by answering all of my questions and getting back to me every time I contacted her. When I met with her the first time her warmth and professionalism convinced me that I made the right choice. She spent time with me, talking and LISTENING and really was eager to make me completely happy. When my appointment came I sat in her chair and she treated me like I was the most important client she has (Aren't I?) :) with a glass of wine and some good conversation it felt like a fun night out instead of a hair appointment!
The hair and the color was amazing but it's nothing without being able to put it in and blend it with my hair for a natural result. She gave me the most beautiful head of hair you can imagine. She took her time and probably could have charged me more because she took out my existing extensions but was very fair; it was obvious that my happiness was very important to her. I am THRILLED. She is amazing, and I highly recommend her for not only her talent, but more importantly the customer service she provides.
