I cannot understand how they are still in business, if they are. I used them twice. The first year the product was OK, but the service was horrible. He will not return calls. The second time (my mistake I didn’t learn my lesson) was worse. After multiple unreturned calls, he did finally show up very late in the season. His crew swarmed my yard on a late Friday afternoon, obviously determined be done by 5. The work was sloppy and he didn’t finish the job. After multiple calls, he did return and finish. It was adequate. I talked to him and he indicated that he was improving his commitment to quality and customer service this year. It has become a game with me, but 6 calls in he hasn’t returned one. I will never do business with him again but wonder if he will ever call back, or if he is out of business. His voicemail is under a new name versus S&R Greanleaf. Maybe that is his approach. Stay away.
