S & R Greenleaf Landscaping

I cannot understand how they are still in business, if they are. I used them twice. The first year the product was OK, but the service was horrible. He will not return calls. The second time (my mistake I didn’t learn my lesson) was worse. After multiple unreturned calls, he did finally show up very late in the season. His crew swarmed my yard on a late Friday afternoon, obviously determined be done by 5. The work was sloppy and he didn’t finish the job. After multiple calls, he did return and finish. It was adequate. I talked to him and he indicated that he was improving his commitment to quality and customer service this year. It has become a game with me, but 6 calls in he hasn’t returned one. I will never do business with him again but wonder if he will ever call back, or if he is out of business. His voicemail is under a new name versus S&R Greanleaf. Maybe that is his approach. Stay away. more

S&R Greenleaf did an amazing job on my landscape here in Amherst. We really loved the design and layout of the landscape and on top of that the great deal we got ! The great thing was that the workers for S&R are respectable (unlike most landscape companies). This is a landscape company that you can trust, unlike some of the ""fly by night"" and ""joe blow"" landscape companies out there. We also have Sean (owner) do our plowing for us. S&R is always there for us during those bad winter storms that are so common here in Buffalo. Truck operated by Greenleaf Landscaping backed up and broke neighbor's mailbox post then ran.\r The incident occurred on May 28, 2008. Workers of Greenleaf Landscaping were doing a job on the street. The driver of the truck backed up trying to make a U-turn on the street. While doing so, he knocked and broke the mailbox post of a neighbor. The incident was noticed by people on the street. Someone even yelled at the driver. Nevertheless, the driver accelerated and drove away.
