This business charges less and it is for a reason! We though very highly of them at first and the floors looked great at first sight but then we started noticing where they hadn't filled in nail holes in two rows of boards and nails were sticking out which kept getting caught on our socks and I even cut my foot on one. I thought this could be easily fixed with no hard feelings but then when I tried to contact them through email and telephone several times, there was no response. That was back in March and it is now almost November! I have lost count of the number of times I have called and emailed. They even finally answered one day and apologized that they have been busy and promised to come in September 4th/5th. My husband took the time off work and no one even showed up or bothered to call and now we are back to calling and emailing with no response again.\r Now that the house market is going downhill and people are hesitant to renovate since they fear they won't get the money back from the sale of their house, it will be interesting to see if some of these unreliable contractors suddenly learn about customer service! Pros: one of the cheaper companies out there Cons: you get what you pay for - no customer serivce and an unfinished job
