I was hesitant to give them a try based on some bad reviews from the past. However, when I called, I was told they were under new ownership. During my transaction, I was helped by the new owner, Brent. It was because of Brent's excellent service and attention to detail that I am writing this. \r

I couldn't find the roman shades I needed from any other blind dealer in th North Bay. Everyone else either didn't have them, or it was going to take 2 months to get them in stock. But, when I called Budget Blinds, Brent sent someone to my house the very next day to measure and quote. After agreeing to the quote, it only took a few weeks for the shades to be delivered and installed. Everything was done with a high level of professionalism and expediency.\r

I am 100% satisfied with my purchase and would recommend Budget Blinds in San Rafael to everyone. \r
