This company is so poorly run. At first Bob Ramers was friendly and helpful, did the estimate for my blinds. Then they came to install them and the cornices were not ordered. Fine, I called Bob and he told me that it was human error and that his show room manager was out because she gets migraines when she gets her period.
Way too much information! I then told him that I wanted a receipt for the amount he charged my credit card. He said he would charge me 75% of what the estimate was. The estimate was for around $1100. He charged my credit card for $1000. So I asked him at least for a copy of the receipt sent to me for the $1000 charged to my cc.
His assistant called me and said my cornices would be in on Monday. Monday came and went, no call, no cornices. Then a whole week went by, still no call, no receipt, no cornices. Finally I called to find out what was going on with the balance of my order and - yes, it had just come in. What happened with the receipt you were going to send me, oh, human error, I must have forgotten. And then they keep wondering why I am upset. I decided to write this review because Bob's assistant just called me and gave me a half horu window in which she could install my order. I told her a little more consideration would be appreciated since I have been through this whole ordeal. She hung up on me. I couldn't believe it! Getting my order from them and then I never want to deal with business people like this ever again. Too bad.
