Not so sure about these guys. First, I got some pressure to get the job done the same day. Then the guy tells me that he cannot guarantee if the iPod adapter I had with me would work - I had ensured beforehand that the equipment was compatible with my car. He tells me after an hour that my equipment is defective. \r

I then asked him to call the manufacturer if they can help with the installation. He told me that he tried repeatedly but could not get anyone on the line. When I tried, I was able to get someone within minutes. They charged me one hour of labor even though nothing worked. \r

Maybe the part was truly defective but I just don't feel comfortable enough to go back.
