Dr. Westfall may be an excellent dentist, I don't know because I haven't been a patient long, and there has not been a need for her to do any repairs on my teeth. Unfortunately, her business practices have left me searching for another dentist. If you have any problems with billing or appointments, beware. I had a problem with my bill. After several phone calls and more hassel than should have been required, I received a bill with the comment ""pt courtesy"" next to the corrected/credited amount. This was very offensive to me. The error was theirs to begin with! They really weren't doing me any favors by making me jump through hoops to get it corrected!
Pros: beautiful office
Cons: office staff don't follow-through with what they say they will do, limited office hours (only open M-W)
