I tried to write this in the comment section of the previous review, but it was too lengthy - this was hard to write for me too since I have witnessed several incidents where Monique especially has been rude..... In saying that, THIS IS THE WORKINGS OF TWO VERY DISGRUNTLED EX-EMPLOYEES, Monique and Kristen. It is obvious this woman has no idea the dynamics of this salon. She unfortunately witnessed a rude episode yet again caused by Monique that in the end got these girls fired for good. Steven will continue to be at the top of his field and has deservedly won any kudos he gets (we don't pay for advertising). He has been business for over 30 YEARS - these girls are 22 - need I say more.If they wish to make it in this business, they need to respect their employers. I worry for whomever takes them on next....They are not as good as they think they are. VERY COCKY, RUDE GIRLS
