I have been to Aveda (Paris Parker) a million times, also John Jay and any number of other salons in the city but Steven Sobel is the absolute best haircut I've ever gotten. I was completely sick of being treated like a second class citizen because I'm only twenty and apparently don't look like I have a credit card to my name so inevitably I'm treated rather shabbily at high-end salons. Not so at Steven's. Everyone was kind, i had the best wash of my life and being a little scared to chop of a good 6 inches of hair, was absolutely thrilled with the result. THRILLED. The price is right and the customer service is faultless. If you go anywhere else and they mess it up, make sure you go to Steven's to get it fixed and then next time don't make the mistake of going anywhere else.
