This is the best REO Escrow Company that I have worked with so far. I closed three files with this office (they were Seller's choice) and this office by far was the smoothest closing I had. I have had to close on a lot of REO files in the last few months, and I have had some really bad experience with some major name escrow companies such as Pickford and Heritage, but this company was the only company who actually got my money in 24 hours after closing.... in my hands. The staff was always available by phone and very quick by email. They were so detailed that they found a lot of issues and notified agents way in advanced so we closed on time. They order their HOA docs at the very beginning, not like the other escrow companies that wait to the end. I can go on and on, but all I have to say is that I highly recommend this escrow company and I really thank the staff for working so well as these REO files are very difficult to manage for little money. Thank you iNational :)
Pros: quick on emails/ always answer their phones/ no mistakes on paperwork or estimates/quick on paying commission
Cons: I Cant choose them on other deals becuase the Seller has many other vendors
