The owner Jeff has lied to me personally 4 times and said he would bring me my bags to my house because he never had them ready when promised. The first time he fixed my backpack - not the purse - the lining was not stiched back and I had to bring it back and I still don't have it. Yet again, I am going out of town without my very important back pack and purse I bought during a trip to Brasil. Do not, I repeat, Do not ever use this guy - he is a liar with always a good excuse. Do not send your goods down with this sinking ship. He has had my goods since the beginning of February.
