I just wanted to say that these guys did an excellent job on my favorite pair of Gryson boots. These are the most valuable pair of boots I own and the family at Edwards took excellent care of them - re-soling and shining them up. I see that this place got a lot of bad reviews, and I talked to the manager about that. She informed me that they are now under new management and they are making every effort to improve their service and turnaround times. I will tell you that Jeffery is one of the most knowledgeable cobblers I have ever met. He's a Shoe Guru. They got my business - and I'll be back!
