I gave Jimmy Kelly's a second chance after having one bad experience, but I will NOT be going back there. It took almost 2 hours to get our food and when we finally did get it the order was wrong and the food was cold. My date ordered his steak medium and it was almost burnt and cold. I ordered a filet and I got what looked like salisbury steak. It was NOT a filet. The restaurant wasn't comfortable either. Even with the fireplace going, it felt like that had been hanging the meat in that room and they refused to turn the fan off in the room where we were the only ones in there. The waiter was very nice but he was obviously frustraed with the management and the kitchen. We confronted the management before we left which is something I rarely do, and they were rude to us! There are waaaay too many steak places in Nashville to waste a penny on this place. I wouldn't go back if they paid me.
Pros: Very friendly waiter, but was he was frustrated with kitchen and management
Cons: Rude management, slow, poor quality, poor service
