First time customer. I had the WORST experience with this cleaners....I live 40 miles outside of Memphis. I took two comforters here on a Monday. They told me they would be ready on the next Monday, but there was a good chance they would be ready on Friday....called on Friday to see if they were ready and was told no but they would be ready Monday morning at 9:00 AM...I said are you positive that they will be ready at 9:00 because I am from out of town and don't want to make a special trip up there and they not be ready. On Monday, I went by at 1:00 PM to get them and one was ready and the other was NOT....I was very upset, told them what they had told me on the Friday before, and finally said just give me the clean one and the dirty one too...No apology, just acted like they didn't care...A side note, when I took the comforters to them, the employees were outside smoking and when I returned to get them the next week, the employees were outside smoking....Maybe if they quit taking so many smoking breaks they could get their work done.
