First time customer. I had the WORST experience with this cleaners....I live 40 miles outside of Memphis. I took two comforters here on a Monday. They told me they would be ready on the next Monday, but there was a good chance they would be ready on Friday....called on Friday to see if they were ready and was told no but they would be ready Monday morning at 9:00 AM...I said are you positive that they will be ready at 9:00 because I am from out of town and don't want to make a special trip up there and they not be ready. On Monday, I went by at 1:00 PM to get them and one was ready and the other was NOT....I was very upset, told them what they had told me on the Friday before, and finally said just give me the clean one and the dirty one too...No apology, just acted like they didn't care...A side note, when I took the comforters to them, the employees were outside smoking and when I returned to get them the next week, the employees were outside smoking....Maybe if they quit taking so many smoking breaks they could get their work done. more

The blond headed lady is very rude, hardly ever smiles, and a little on the stuck up side, when she clearly has no reason to be. The prices are horrific especially when you can get the same quality work at a cheaper price down the road! I've been there 3 times and will never go back! more

I went in several times and every person i came in contact with was not nice. My first time in there i spent 70.00 and had a coupon. the lady would not accept the 10.00 off because i didnt present it first. she should have because it was my first time there and i have never had to give a coupon ahead of time.On top of that one of my dresses still had a hole in the back after I paid to get it stitched up. they are very expensive!. needless to say i will not be back Pros: location. but there are 5 other cleaners close by Cons: rude woman with blonde hair more

This cleaners has been my choice for over 12 years. They have the nicest and most knowledgeable owners and the clerks really know their stuff. Can be a little pricey, but they have a neat discount card. You definetly get what you pay for here!
