I went in and asked for the price of a frame I had been wanting and since the lady AND the gentleman quoted me $60 less than it was where I live, I decided to order them here. When I called back I wanted to deal with the lady but the man takes over and tells me the frames are more than what I was quoted. So when I explained why I wouldn't go ahead with the order and that I was quoted a very different price the last time, he sounded annoyed and then very abruptly asked me if I was going to go ahead with the order. When I said not at the higher price since I could just go with my optician across the street at home, he HUNG UP ON ME! Extremely rude and very unprofessional. Not a way to keep or gain customers!!
