Businiess name:  20/20 Eyeglass Superstore - Winter Park

Review content:
Went there because I knew my vision was bad and needed to get some glasses. Went through the eye exam and sure enough they told me i needed progressive glasses and that it would cost 500 dollars. A lot more then I wanted to spend but what the hell seeing is important. Got my new glasses and I could see great at a distance but could barely read, they told me it would take some time to get used to and to come back in a few days if I had problems. Had to come back 4 times because all I could focus on was one line at a time. Then they told me it would take weeks to get used to them and before I would read correctly. Kind of hard to do my job as a software developer when you can only read one line at a time and so I had to settle for glasses that would only work at a distance. Now I have to take my glasses on and off a couple hundred times a day. Decided to call their district manager whose name is MARK MASTRANGELL to see if I could get a refund. He told me he didn't care how bad of a job they did the only thing he was willing to do was charge me a 25% restocking fee and sell me bifocals and that he won't refund any of my money. Bad product, bad service, unprofessional staff and their district manager MARK MASTRANGELL IS A JERK.
