A few weeks ago I had the displeasure of eating at the rudest restaurant I have ever encountered.\r

I inquired if a free refill of coffee was available. The cashier treated me as if the question came from an imbecile, who should know better. I then ordered a coffee at full- price and proceded to pay, whereupon\r
the cashier, an overweight, underbrained, spike haired female accused me of " throwing money" at her. When I complained to the manager, another low-life cretin, she sided with the gal. When I expressed a desire to contact the owner, they refused to give me his name or where I might contact him or her.\r

By this time, a counter person, who looked like a felon on parole, put his 2 cents into it and became threatening and hostile.\r

Incidentally, the food is tasteless and typically Boca overpriced.
