I wish there was an option for no stars, because that's how horrible their business is. I don't understand how they even have any clients. First of all, don't even bother to try to reach the right people here, because they will almost never get back to you. Their business contract is some flimsy hand written peice of paper. How unprofessional is that. And to top it all off, it will take forever for this company to get their finished product (in my case dvd for the ceremony I had) done and handed to you. Mine took me over 2 YEARS!! Seriously, don't waste your money on this establishment like I did
Pros: The office manager was attentive
