It was a pleasure working with Gary and Neysa. I've seen their wonderful photography through friends and family over the years and was so happy that they were available to do the photography for our daughter's bat mitzvah celebration, as well as a family photo shoot at our home. The pictures came out fantastic and they made us feel very comfortable and at ease. I would highly recommend Gary West Productions! more

22 years ago, my girlfriend surprised me with beautiful photos of my daughter in a poppy field. They still hang on our living room wall. Gary took those amazing pictures. \r \r Coincidentally, I was referred to Gary by another friend for my daughters wedding that took place 2 weeks ago. Gary and Neysa are amazing. They are so patient and family oriented. They worked around the entire group and their special requests. They worked with us on the various delays and were so cool and calm the entire time. They were really looking out for everyone. Real pro's. \r \r The pictures are amazing, via the sneak peak. I can't wait to see the rest of the production.\r \r Thank you to the entire crew. Gary West and his wife Neysa are truly incredible. They have our highest recommendation. They shot the photos for our son’s bar mitzvah earlier this month. They did an amazing job. With the wonders of digital, we have the “sneak peek” of the photos already at hand, and they are truly incredible. They are not only beautiful, but they capture the true emotions of the moment. Gary and Neysa are a joy to work with. From start to finish, they were so professional and so warm to our family. They made us all feel special. They didn’t just show up and take photos. They took the time to meet with us and really find out our needs. And they made many extremely helpful recommendations to make our photos the very best. We give Gary West the highest possible recommendation. We hired Gary for our twin daughters' Bat Mitzvah in January 2013. He did a truly fantastic job (both photography and video), at a very reasonable price, and perhaps more importantly is an unbelievably nice and professional person, who helps you every step of the way, and goes way beyond the call of duty. It is now obvious to us why he came so highly recommended. He is the best in the business, and I told him (quite seriously) that he is hired for our daughters' weddings (hopefully not too soon though!). So, if you are looking for a photographer or videographer, look no further. Do yourself a favor, and go with Gary. more

We started with Gary West when he was recommended 15 years ago for our daughter's Bat Mitzvah. He did our 2nd daughter's photos 2 years later. Then a family wedding, our son's Bar Mitzvah and finally our youngest child's party. Obviously by now he's part of the family, having celebrated so many of life's memorable times and capturing them forever with beautiful photos from those days. He is great at getting group shots and family photos and action shots the day of the event. He is equally outstanding at creating family portraits, many of them are hung in our home. I highly recommend his group. They photograph and video the party, can help create wonderfully creative photo montages shown the day of the party. It can be a stress-free experience and know that your important day will be captured beautifully by experienced people who know how to be professional and friendly at the same time. more

absolutely positively amazing... 3/24/2011

My family and I had some family photos taken and also our daughters 1 year old photos taken and we are no less than amazed. gary and his wife, Neysa, are the very best at what they do. not only that, but they are extremely kind and so very creative. we have had pictures taken professionally before, but the experience was nothing like it was with Gary West Productions. They were also so quick at getting the pictures back to us, we couldn't believe it. we will be using them again and again for any and all of the memorable moments that we want to look at for years to come. we would highly recommend them for anything anyone would like to treasure. more

Gary and Neysa West are two very sweet, professional and creative photographers I've ever had the pleasure to work with. Neysa friendliness was able to get some incredible shots of our granddaughter's 1st birthday. Gary's easy going and pleasant personality was the key to getting the shots we so very much wanted. Our granddaughter was very comfortable with Neysa and Gary and gave them her best smiles. Gary had our photos on-line within 24 hours. To our great delight, we are going to have a very difficult time choosing since all of the photos (over 450) are PERFECT!!! Thanks to Neysa and Gary for making our special day so memorable. more

AWESOME PHOTOGRAPHY 2/28/2011

Gary and Neysa came all the way from California to Winston Salem, North Carolina for the third time. They photographed my older son's Bar Mitzvah in December 2007, my daughter's wedding in September 2010 and my younger son's Bar Mitzvah in February 2011. The pictures were fabulous. I sent them photos for the montage and they outdid themselves. The photos during the ceremony and party were instantly available for viewing on a large screen. What fun! Guests were amazed. They are so creative. I wouldn't hire anyone else to cover an important event. So sad that I have to wait several years for another wedding to use them again. more

I loved Gary West Productions before, during and after! 12/18/2010

Before: We met, we talked, we hugged. I felt completely taken care of and had not doubt that I would get the best service and attention at my affair. Gary and Nessa asked the right questions without making me feel like I was working. We chatted like friends, while they took notes so as to not forget anything that was inportant to me. All of this at a very, very fair price.\r During:Gary took charge. I didn't have to think. He made the before picutures fun and relaxed. His staff was happy to be there. They all seemed to a have fun. They were part of the party without being unprofessional. I felt like a movie star with all of the extras that they provided. My guests were in awe with the giant screen showing instant replays of the evening's festivities. \r After: I had the chance to relive the entire event again with the beautiful and thoughtful photographs taken. They manage to get everything I wanted. \r Thank you GWP. You are the best. more

Absolutely the BEST! 11/23/2010

Gary and his team exceeded our expectations!!! Getting married is stressful enough. Gary, Neysa and their team made the process so easy, and our wedding day stress-free! Our photos are beautiful...everything from the positioning, to the lighting, to the candid shots. It seemed like they were always in the middle of the action capturing every moment for us. \r \r One of the best parts of working with Gary was the end of the evening. He sent us home with a DVD that included photos from earlier in the day. Photos from our ceremony, and some of the many photos with our family. My mom didnt cry at all the day of the wedding, but watching the DVD filled her with joy and brought tears to her eyes. \r \r THANK YOU so much for the amazing experience. We will give you a call in a few years when it comes time to take photos of our first child! :) more

You can’t go wrong with Gary West and company. We hired them for our daughters Bat Mitzvah because we heard how wonderful he was. We are now hiring him for our son’s Bar Mitzvah because we now know first hand that he is simply the best! Gary and his team never missed a beat. Every special moment was captured plus more and the pictures were beyond beautiful. Gary, Neysa and the rest of his staff were consummate professionals. Gary and his team are a very friendly and professional group of people who will do anything to make sure their customers are beyond satisfied!! Gary and his team brought a large rear-projection screen that was set up during our reception, showing pictures of our ceremony and throughout the day. Working with Gary and Neysa is a very comforting experience because they have the most updated equipment that they utilize with their knowledge of photography to produce magnificent pictures. we used gary west productions for my sons bar mitzvah. everything they did was incredible. the pictures, the video & the montage. during the family photos (in & out of the synagogue) they put everyone at ease. they learned everyones names & knew both sides of the family which made it go so smoothly.(and impressed the family that they knew their names) they made everything fun for both the kids and adults. their knowledge & professionalism was a joy. it was great to see the staff having a fun and relaxed time while taking amazing pictures. we just knew that was one thing we never had to worry about and when we saw the photos and the videos we were right! i would recommend gary west productions for any affair, big or small, that you have planned. they know how to capture all the great moments with one click of the camera. Avoid at all costs 10/26/2008

I wish there was an option for no stars, because that's how horrible their business is. I don't understand how they even have any clients. First of all, don't even bother to try to reach the right people here, because they will almost never get back to you. Their business contract is some flimsy hand written peice of paper. How unprofessional is that. And to top it all off, it will take forever for this company to get their finished product (in my case dvd for the ceremony I had) done and handed to you.
