Review content:
I've used this kennel several times, but this was the last time. I believe that when you drop your dogs off you should be confident that every attempt to give them the best care is available to them. This is not the case with Rebel Run. We dropped our dogs off on a Tuesday and my daughter spoke with someone the following Monday to check in on them and she was told that they were fine. She told them please call if you need anything. I picked them up 4 days later and my golden has the worst ear infection I've ever seen. When I picked them up I was told that she thought she had an infection and when I asked which ear she replied, ""I'm not really sure, she was wiggling around alot."" She had indicated that she had flushed her ear several times. We called back to ask why they didn't call at least one of the two emergency numbers they were left with so our dog could receive proper treatment. The response we received was less than comforting. They said, ""Perhaps we had poor judgement in not calling, but we aren't responsible for taking care of infections."" Poor judgement is another word for neglect.
