first of all the waitting time is really bad one or two hrs.and the office is run down,no tv,not very clean,and small area,fire hazard,our pain class rm,one lamp for light,run down,dirty,I dont know how they get away with these conditions.alot of people complain but still the same,the staff are very rude,unprofessinal,forgetting to put important documents in your file,send you home with wrong script wrong name everything,they dont know there job!! the only thing thats good is the dr's .dr.ruben was there for me when i was in great pain,and my mental state of mind was bad.I do want to thank him for that.very kind and thoughtful how you feel.and dr,skinner help me with acupunture,and good person to talk to she like one of your girlfriends,very sweet and dr,karen new but very kind also easy to talk to.thats what we need ,just wanted to say thank you all for being there for me in time of need .you guys deserve a new office.
