Be forewarned, they do not have hair dryer chairs in this salon. No heat whatsoever was used in the application of my color. Nor did the owner ever check the foils to see how the color was processing. Nor was any gloss or conditioner left on my hair post color that I am aware of. I'd asked for natural looking highlights, replicating what I already had. The color I have now is way too light, is wrong for my skin tone, would require frequent upkeep, and is dry and brittle. \r

The cut was also poor. The stylist never checked the length of one against the other for evenness. She did not check her lines.. She sent me home without my hair well styled and still slightly damp. I cancelled the rest of my errands because my hair looked embarassing. I've never come out of a salon this way.\r
