This company advertises itself as ""affordable web hosting"" (our web site cost so far has been $ 637.00). \r \r Our complaint lays with\r \r 1 ) A horrible web design: broken links, tacky look, quality lacking content.\r \r 2 ) Rude customer service. Dhana Vajja ( the owner ) threatened to immediately suspend our website in response to our request to be allowed to transfer our domain to another host.\r \r 3 ) They are trying to charge us for cancelling the contract although we are not violating the contract; we are cancelling their service in accordance with the cancellation terms in the contract. \r \r 4 ) They have provided little helpful input on making our website special. They genuinely do not care about their customers, who are likely struggling small businesses that rely heavily on an appealing website along with building up a reputation.\r \r 5 ) My co-worker feels bullied when communicating with the owner, Dhana Vajja through e-mails and phone calls.\r \r I think that you would save alot more money & trouble if you just found a good webhost that doesn't bully their customers.\r \r Despite all of this their techsupport persons in India are very helpful.\r
