Cheap Custom Website Design

Stay away from this company. Very unprofessional. I dealed with Dhana Vaja. He promised to make a website in 3 months, only delivered in 1 year with bugs and not working properly. We had a contract that says that all problems will be fixed , but when I asked him to fix it he said he does not want to deal with me and disappeared. Now I have to pay thousands to finish the project. Three months later after this company started working on the project, I found some reviews from other people. They had same problems that I had. I wish I found them before I started working with this company. more

We meet Dhana & his team in Bellevue,WA while our site is in development. Very professional and ethical. All our worries are addressed as we are from georgia then. I would like to put this out there, i am submitting reviewing because what has been stated here is extremly unfair to any business especially this company. We have been their customer for 3.6 years and still counting, we have an e-commerce website, we picked nexscorp out of 7 other bids and boy we are glad we did. They helped us a lot including our local internet and chache problems, which has nothing to do with them. I have to agree with previous reviewer, i worked with Dhana for over 4 years, his team developed over 6 websites all for non profit, and redesigned over 3, our requests always come in last minute depending on our worldwide charity galas and our sites are always on time and sometimes they worked 24/7 for us. I had many revisions that came to mind when doing my web site and they were able to take care of all of them, no problem. Any issues that came up they fixed, no problem. I was gonna leave 4 stars, i saw other reviews and decide to give 5 stars. If you think these guys are bad you should try Big corporations like heritage web design and others. I had my project in gutter for them for 12 months yeh that's right 12 months. With nothing to show for, i was reffered to nexscorp from a friend of mine, the project is complete in 4 weeks as promised, My project was not a mom & pappa project its a university grant project, which was complicated. I dont think some of you know how good you had. PS: I personally talked to their sales manager and on a conf call with their developer, so who ever said they are outsourcing you should read their about us page. I originally contracted this company to design my website 6 months ago. To this date I have not received exactly what I asked for in terms of website design.\r \r They do not abide by the contract!!\r Everything is outsourced to India so there is definately a language barrier. The response times lack a great deal because of the outsourcing.\r \r Dhana was the person I delt with and she did not provide anything as promised or as was contracted.\r the only thing that I did receive as promised was the initial mock-up of the website Cons: Nothing was delivered as described. more

If you want a good website development experience, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND you look elsewhere. Here's why:\r \r - Promised 4-6 week delivery of 2 sites in the proposal. Took 12 weeks. \r - Promised 12-24 hour turn around during support period in the proposal. Rarely, if ever, was this met. It was like pulling teeth to get things done. I'm guessing Nexscorp outsources to India, which is a big part of their responsiveness problem. \r - One of my websites is basically unusable and I have to pay another company hundreds of dollars to fix the photo gallery. \r - Couldn't support hosting my site - recommended that I go to another company for hosting, which I did. . \r - The owner, Dhana, is exceptionally rude and unprofessional. She doesn't like questions, and she doesn't appreciate it when customers actually expect delivery of the terms in her proposals...\r \r Had I read some of these reviews prior to my decision, it may have prompted me to look elsewhere. Very flexible to adhire to my busy 3 kids/soccer mom schedule. Impressively met me at my kids soccer game. Took time to explain everything i need to know and my best options for my project. I havent decided to work with them yet, as i am still reviewing my options. But seem like very open and honest and not sales oriented as they provided me options below my budget to choose from. Found these guys via google search locally, seems pretty decent bunch, got my e-comemrce website designed and hosting by them. Low cost was the main point for me to contact them, but the quality turned out great and quick responses for my requests. They waited about 2 months for me to provided content, been patient and didn't press for payment like the other companies i had issue with. Just one thing i suggest is, let them know upfront if you are expecting delays or else except some late fees. I found them on city search and using google search so i thought i would udpate the feedback. I love the fact that, they dont employ sales people, everything is gone thru owners and they took pretty good care fo me even with my dorky questions and repeated ask for support. they should have lot of patience, its been 2 months since my website is complete and i still get same response time when i first started. we redesigned our riverboat cruise website with these guys and absolutely loved it. I am not sure how they are rude people, my project was suposed to be finished in 3 weeks but i stretched it to 3 and half months due to my health reasons, they are very patient and very caring to the last date of my project, now i work with them day to day. I love the fact that its not driven by sales people and designers but by its owners who does take care of business for you. very responsable and very personal. I ran into them for my ecommerce website which was done at very decent price and higest quality, me and my wife just loved it. After their work with me, they designed our local union website, our website was one of a kind with many compliments from our union members, it has been 18 months and so far i am yet to see a reason to complain about them. I am with other companies before and none are this service oriented and dedicated. I called the owner at 7:00 AM and he answers my call and get my issues fixed! CAN YOU ASK FOR MORE? i could have paid well over 5K for my website but going with them not only saved money but i got all in one package and saved my money been hosting my site with them for over a year and i had ZERO issues with them. It is nice to work directly with the owner which eliminated lot of issues and got our work done on time and in budget.\r \r I don't see any rudeness as mentioned in some of these feedbacks and yes they saved lot of money for me. I called them 2 weeks ago after seeing your quotes, and i think they give the right explanation for your dissatisfaction. One of you finished their contract and still expect them to provide details about your website and how to maintain it? aren't you greedy?. The other one which is mnlcedudotorg, you have horrible reviews about your company all over the internet. I don't think you can blame nexscorp for being rude to you and your owners.\r \r I got my website designed with them, no issues 100% satisfied, yes they advertise $52 but they tell you in advance what you get for it. Don't we all promote business with lowest priced item?, get a grip gals or boys who ever you are. They have good refferences and atleast 95% satisfied client list. We couldn't agree more with the previous poster. Although they completed our maintanence as requested, they do not care at all about their customer and making their site exceptional. Our primary complaint is the rudeness of the owners and their lack of professionalism and etiquette. Do not get involved with this company. more

We ran into nexscorp on google and so far we got 6 websites designed by them and none of them are delivered as expected, all of them are over our expectations and we continue to reply on them fromd ay to day to our operations, its almost as easy as we have our own web designer but he is not in our office. I just saw a review and i had to put some positive emphasis on them. From their portfolio MNLC had an e-commerce website designed, if you are expecting e-commerce website for $58 i would say you are flying high or you are high. $600+ for ecommerce website is an wonderful price. This company advertises itself as ""affordable web hosting"" (our web site cost so far has been $ 637.00). \r \r Our complaint lays with\r \r 1 ) A horrible web design: broken links, tacky look, quality lacking content.\r \r 2 ) Rude customer service. Dhana Vajja ( the owner ) threatened to immediately suspend our website in response to our request to be allowed to transfer our domain to another host.\r \r 3 ) They are trying to charge us for cancelling the contract although we are not violating the contract; we are cancelling their service in accordance with the cancellation terms in the contract. \r \r 4 ) They have provided little helpful input on making our website special. They genuinely do not care about their customers, who are likely struggling small businesses that rely heavily on an appealing website along with building up a reputation.\r \r 5 ) My co-worker feels bullied when communicating with the owner, Dhana Vajja through e-mails and phone calls.\r \r I think that you would save alot more money & trouble if you just found a good webhost that doesn't bully their customers.\r \r Despite all of this their techsupport persons in India are very helpful.\r more
