Review content:
On a recent visit during lunch, I was greeted with a glance and a roll of the eyes by the worker sitting at the bar watching TV. He got up and handed me a menu without a word much less a greeting. I preceded to wait 15 minutes for a cup of soup to go. When I asked how much longer, I was told a few minutes. I told the waitress that I had to leave. I only have 30 minutes for lunch and my time was up. I asked for a refund. I was rudely told that once the order was started, I could not get a refund. After a few more minutes the worker in the kitchen stood at the counter with my order in hand but said nothing to me, my back was to him. When I turned around finally, I asked him why he did not let me know he was there with my order? To which he said, ""Have a nice day."" You would think that with only 2 tables occupied during lunch time, the employees there would welcome more business and treat their customers with more respect. Perhaps my order wasn't large enough to bother with good service. Too bad to because the food is really good. But I don't need to be treated so rudely by someone I am paying.
Pros: delicious food
Cons: terrible customer service
