SERVICE 5* Friendly\r FOOD 5* Delicious\r DECOR 5* Light and Relaxing\r PRICE 5* $9 for Eggplant Parmigiana big enough for two, delicious salad and yummy, hot rolls\r \r When I call ahead to place my order I get a nice greeting on the phone. Merci! I order Eggplant Parmigiana, My Favorite entree. My meal will be ready for pick up in fifteen minutes. Perfect timing. I walk in to the small but beautifully decorated restaurant and I'm greeted with smiles and friendly service. It's late, 9:15 PM and there's only one other couple in the restaurant. As I wait a moment for my food I notice the soft lighting and Italian Music. I feel very relaxed. The next minute my piping hot food is brought out, again with a smile and friendly service. I almost regret having to leave the restaurant, but I pay and take my food home with me. As I sit here enjoying my meal I realize that I will never be able to finish it in one sitting. Not only do I have Eggplant Parmigiana, but I also have spaghetti, a salad and rolls that all come complimentary with my meal. My only problem is, do I save the left overs for my sweet husband or do I hide them for later. I make my decision, this is just too good to share, he can eat Ramen Noodles! That's when I decide that if I want Cafe Roma to be able to beat this slow economy then I better let others know just how good they are. \r I have been to Cafe Roma several times and though it is small, with only about 20 tables, I have never had to wait for a seat. I do wish there was a bit more space in the dinning area. Also, if you like Martinis with your Italian food (and who doesn't) you'll just have suck-it-up. Cafe Roma doesn't have a liquor license. The cool thing about the lack of a liquor license is that you get to bring your own wine. A waiter comes to your table, ready to serve up your wine by the time you place your order. I highly recommend Cafe Roma for dinner dates and small family dinners. Pros: service is great, food is delicious and hot Cons: small seating area
