Dean Wright\r I bought my 911s at Walter's in 2011- this is when I began my relationship with the fantastic staff there- Especially Justin- top notch- xlnt customer service and I would highly recommend them for anyone that is either ready to buy a new Porsche or to simply get their existing one serviced! Steve Ashforth\r We have now purchased two Porsches from Bob Mc Donald at Walters\r 's Porsche. From the time we first walked into the showroom until today the level of service has been 5 star. Because we are away for long periods of time I have had to call Bob from time to time to get some further instructions on the vehicles. He is always sincere about helping me and has never asked me to refer to the owners manual. \r We could have gone to a local dealer but they were very apathetic. A friend recoomended Walter's and we are grateful they did, That is when we met Bob Mc Donald. You can't go wrong here, great service at a good price that does not stop after the delivery. more

Outstanding Customer SERVICE 2/29/2012

I purchased two Porsche vehicles at Walters; A 911 Twin Turbo and a Cayenne both excellent. The person that I work with is John Beech. He is a ""top knotch"" professional and simply knows the cars inside and out. He is one heck of a technically savy individual, as we all know, these vehicles are like NO others once you own one you will never drive anything else. You can feel his excitment as well as your own when you are on a test drive...fantastic! That is how I feel about Walters I would never allow any other dealership to work on my vehicles. This is home and people like John Beech make you feel welcome at all times. I cannot thank both he and Justin for their interest in my continued happyness with both cars performance and they make every effort to ensure I receive only the best of customer care. I cannot express enough thanks to these individuals for their dedication and honesty. You will be well cared for and professionally treated at all times by these gentlemen. JOB WELL DONE. Thank you and see you for my next service or just to drop in and have a cup of coffee! more

Also, I do not know who actually did the service, but that individual deserves a tremendous amount of 'back patting' as well. I was really impressed 7/18/2011

I was very impressed with the service department, my cars battery went dead, I had AAA jump start my car, the redlight was on. I came the your dealeraship and told my care is o.k. you did not try to sell me a new battery or something I could not afford. I was really impressed. more

Excellent 6/22/2011

I dropped my car off the night before, someone from Audi came over to take my information. Then the next day I received a call by the consultant. When I picked up my car the day after, around 7 everything was ready. Very Easy! Thank you for the wash!\r \r more

Beautiful car at the right price 6/6/2011

""My husband and I went in a few weeks ago for a test drive. Our sales person was slightly standoffish at first (maybe because we do not fit the standard Porsche buyer profile?) but he quickly warmed up during the test drive. My husband fell in love... within two weeks, we came back to buy the car. Our sales person was very helpful, answered tons of questions, all that via email prior to the purchase. Nice and knowledgable 6/2/2011

The salesman we were working with was very knowledgeable about the cars (he was a former race car driver), and treated my sister and I with respect as legitimate potential customers (we both look quite young, like in our mid 20's. but i told him I have a boxster already, which may have helped give us a little ""cred""). He was willing to work with us on pricing. more

Worth a drive to them 5/31/2011

I work in City of Industry, so the drive out to Riverside is a good 40 minutes. But I'm glad I made the drive. They have a decent selection of Porsches (but I have to admit Rusnak does have a better selection) but their service is much better. and get this - they even negotiate on price. which i thought was unheard of with porsche. more
