Review content:
After reading glowing reviews of this spa I decided to buy a friend a gift certificate for her birthday. The spa encourages people to buy gift certificates directly from their website. I wanted a brochure to enclose with the certificate so I called them and left a message, including my phone number and address, asking them to please mail me a brochure. A week later I had not received anything. So this morning I decided to call them and left a message asking them to return my call as I had some questions to ask before purchasing a gift certificate. That was several hours ago. No response.\r \r I will find another spa. The last thing I want to do is spend several hundred dollars on a gift certificate to a spa my friend can't use, for how could she book an appointment with a place that does not answer their phone or return phone calls? The other reviews that were so positive? Either the place has changed management or the reviews were written by friends of the owner.
