A day of pampering turned out to be a complete nightmare! I booked an appointment to have a facial and hair coloring done on the same day and both services were awful. My facial took place inside of a room that was far from relaxing or serene. The walls were super thin so the entire time I heard peoples voices outside, car alarms and passing vehicles. My hopes for a new hair color went down the drain when my stylist started dripping bleach on me. The end result was TERRRIBLE! To say the least, I returned the next day to have an all over color put on the highlighted mess they created. The worse part is. this entire nightmare was a group effort, all stylists on site including the owner herself advised my hairdresser on her work. Avoid this place and pay the extra $ in SF with REAL salons.
