Don't hesitate to check this wonderful restaurant out! My fiance & I had the best hibachi ever at Fujiyama. They use the freshest ingredients, and you can really taste the difference. I thought the chef's show was the best I've ever seen too. Also, the service is impeccable. If you *think* you might need something, suddenly they are there with it. We've been 3x to Fujiyama so this isn't just a first impression review. We haven't been able to tear ourselves away from the Hibachi area to try out the sushi bar yet, but I'm betting it is out of this world.
