I landed at the Great Falls airport several weeks ago for an overnight stay at the Triple Crown (on my way to Glacier National Park). Took a taxi to the car rental agency where I had an SUV reserved. It was closed! They had neglected to tell me they close early on Saturday afternoon.\r \r I was at a complete loss when I entered the Triple Crown's lobby; I didn't know what to do - I was stranded. When I explained my predicament to the General Manager she immediately got on the phone and called several other car rental agencies. In less than five minutes she had located an SUV for me, exactly what I was looking for (and, at a better rate than the one I had reserved).\r \r That's what I call great customer service! And, by the way, their rooms were exceptionally clean, comfortable and quiet ... they offer great value for the rates they charge.\r \r Whenever I'm in Great Falls, I'll always stay at the Triple Crown.\r Pros: Exceptional customer service, hardwood floors, memory foam mattress & small continental breakfast Cons: Remodeling projects are nearer the start rather than finished stage
