These people are funny...beside the stripes in their hair LMOA that and their eye make-up.....clowns!!! LOL.. Make sure you get a copy of your credit report.....they CHARGE $30 for each application and THEY DON'T RUN YOUR CREDIT REPORT. We got a copy of our credit report and have no record of that address ever being rented to us...THEY TAKE YOUR APPLICATION FEE AND KEEP IT FOR THEMSELVES. REMEMBER TO ASK FOR A COPY IT IS YOUR PROPERTY!! THIS IS THE WORST SO CALLED ""COMPANY"" WE HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!! DON'T TRUST THEM THEY WOULD SCREW OVER THEIR OWN FAMILY!! CHECK OUT OTHER REVIEW FOR THEM....THEY USUALLY USE THEIR FAMILY TO GIVE THEM GOOD REVIEWS...SO READ CAREFULLY!!! IF YOUR LOOKING FOR A GOOD RESPECTFUL HONEST PROPERTY MANAGEMENT CHECK OUT RPM....GREAT SERVICE...TAKE PRIDE IN THEIR RENTALS!!!!! GOOD LUCK!!!
