Nancy Russell Property Management took care of my home while I was out of the country...the team took care of everything from finding a tenant, doing all the maintenence, paying my property taxes and mortgage. The did all the accounting and book keeping. They were professional yet very friendly even sending me a sympathy card when my father passed away. I found that they cared for my property like it was their own...I would highly reccommed them to anyone looking for a property manager who cares...they actually lower their fees for me when I was having a hard time...and they hand deposited my rental checks at no extra charge and emailed me my monthly statements....I dont know any other companies that do that...Anyway when I read some of the other reviews I was pretty shocked and realized pretty quick that they must have come from a angry tenant...anyway I had a great experience with them. more

I found these reviews and was so disapointed as they are all from the same person. a previous tenant who DI NOT get their security deposit returned due to severe damage to the property. The reviewer is trying to damage a pristine reputation that we have had for over 20 years. In the first bit of Slander they speak about Nancy however Nancy has been retired for over 3 years. I have been the managing Partner for that length of time. NRPM is a family business, that in long standing in the communiity...as a matter of fact we are member of the Chamber of Commerce and have a A+ rating with the BBB.....Please anyone who is reading the past review by the angry tenant take the time to check out our great reputation...we happily supply references....we really do our very best! A business who has been in business for over 20 years in proof enough of the great job we do!! more

If you want your property destroyed, use them. Nancy is a nasty, rude lady who doesn't care about your property and will not call you when the tenants have destroyed the house until you get a call from police and neighbors of your property. My home was destroyed, windows smashed out, new carpeting ruined, interior doors broken and removed. This is a horrible, horrible company. Don't use them. They really need to be turned in to the real estate ethics and practices board. They are unscrupulous thieves. They will even steal your deposit at the end of lease termination. more

These people are funny...beside the stripes in their hair LMOA that and their eye make-up.....clowns!!! LOL.. Make sure you get a copy of your credit report.....they CHARGE $30 for each application and THEY DON'T RUN YOUR CREDIT REPORT. We got a copy of our credit report and have no record of that address ever being rented to us...THEY TAKE YOUR APPLICATION FEE AND KEEP IT FOR THEMSELVES. REMEMBER TO ASK FOR A COPY IT IS YOUR PROPERTY!! THIS IS THE WORST SO CALLED ""COMPANY"" WE HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!! DON'T TRUST THEM THEY WOULD SCREW OVER THEIR OWN FAMILY!! CHECK OUT OTHER REVIEW FOR THEM....THEY USUALLY USE THEIR FAMILY TO GIVE THEM GOOD REVIEWS...SO READ CAREFULLY!!! All I can say is be careful. They do not treat there tenants very well at all. They do not take care of the properties. I had the worst experience. I was a good tenant paid my rent on time and never had any problems with my neighbors. But if I called in a repair it was like I was doing something wrong. It was the worst experience for me.
