I went to this place when my hard drive crashed and was looking to save my files. They said that they could do it for 420.00!!! After asking a few more questions the sales person asked for my credit card. So if i don't pay they keep my computer. I am not knocking their policy but I didn't even agree to anything! I looked around and found a place that saved all my files off my computer to a new external hard drive erased the old one 3 times and installed a new hard drive in my computer for $84.00. Done. Look other places before committing to this pocket book hawk.
