I was not immediately receptive to the sales person that approached me upon arriving at the dealership, but after just a short time I found Robert to be and extremely personable sales person and also very professional. Robert listened to my concerns, contacted the person with whom I'd been asked to ask for upon my arrival, and before long we began negotiations which I did not make very easy, but again, Robert was extremely patient, addressed my concerns and never attempted to put me into a vehicle that I was not ready to consider. Robert found the perfect Sonata in a color of my choice and worked with Hyundai to negotiate an amicable trade-in and purchase price towards a new vehicle. Robert went many extra miles in working with me to make this sale, and as such Robert should be considered a valuable asset to World Hyundai. I look forward to many pleasurable moments in my new vehicle, and should I choose to buy another new car, I will make World Hyundai my primary first choice.
