Mode of Operations for car sales.... Customers comes in the service department for a repair, while waiting salesman approaches( after the service mgr alerts him with a call to come over service dept) harassing you to trade your old car in for a new car. Of course, they approach Senior Citizens because they are easy targets. bad bad bad more
