I am in Orlando, Fl with my job for 3 weeks. I just so happen into Oceanaire by accident. I had gone to another restaurant in the same center, and was treated so poorly, I got up and left. From the moment I walked into the restaurant, I was introduced to the host staff, then taken to the bar area to wait for my table and was introduced to the staff there. I wanted to sit on their patio, and enjoy the nice weather, and do a little people watching while I was at it. Mike, one of the bartender, was my server, and was absolutely AMAZING. I never felt uncomfortable that I was sitting there alone, he was very attentive, without being annoying. One of the managers came out toensur that I was being taken care of, and to make sure my visit was memorable. I am in the service business as well, and although the food was probably the best I have had while in Orlando, it is the service that will bring me back to visit. I have already told so many people about my experience at both restaurants tonight, they may not remember the 1st restaurant that I walked out of, but, they will certainly remember the 2nd restaurant, I will keep reminding them. I have colleagues joining me at the end of the month, and that will be the first place I take them, as well as my family when we are here on vacation in November! Keep up the great job of giving your customers the experience they deserve!!! KUDOS!! Pros: The service was been the best in Orlando, so far!!!
