I wish I had known how dishonest they are at South Whitney Pizza, before ordering from them. They are absolute thieves. We had friends over and ordered two cheese pizzas. They came an hour later with two pizzas with meat all over them (even though the guy had repeated our order back to us - on speaker phone). We then sent the pizzas back and called to ask them to just credit our credit card. We were all starving and did not want to wait another hour. The guy said, ""Yeah, yeah I'll credit your credit card."" We checked with our credit card company a few days later, and there had been no credit made. So basically, they charged us for two pizzas that we never even got! And at the time of the incident, they seemed like they couldn't have cared less that eight people (from the area) were witness to this terrible customer service! All in all, a very disappointing hassle with a restaurant that apparently would rather sneakily take money from their customers than do the right thing.
Cons: very dishonest staff
