While I love South Whitney they used cheap, mostly rotten lettuce for the salad, was not pleased with them for this order more

AWFUL! The pizza slid forward in the box and I called. The guy said I call all the time to complain?? Um, never had an issue before! Avoid! more

nothing to write home about, but then it doesn't pretend to be otherwise. one particularly unsatisfactory deficiency involves their desserts, which are fancy enough (e.g. cheesecake, tiramisu) to merit better treatment. Anyway they come FROZEN and one has to eat them like popsicles. i suppose i could pop them in a microwave, if i felt like cooking i wouldn't have used grubhub. its on my to-do list to find another pizza\pasta/italian deliverer on grubhub sooner rather than later. thx for asking more

Whitney Pizza is a great place when you are hungry, don't want to cook, or spend an arm and a leg for food. \r \r Nothing fancy, but the pizzas and grinders are good. Haven't had anything else, and have never eaten there - always have had take-out or delivery. The delivery is fast; I've never had them make a mistake on my order or in pricing. Pros: Fast service & delivery; reasonable prices Cons: Not fancy, if that's what you prefer more

I usually get the grilled chicken ceasar salad, and it's always as I ordered it. I like it very much. more

The food was really good. This is one of my favorite places. They did forget my soda, and they did give me the option of crediting it back to my account, but the driver (who was slightly grumpy) did come back with it within 20 minutes. The burger was good, the onion rings were too and so was my free cheesecake (courtesy of GrubHub). Will definitely order again (I'll just make sure I have my own soda). more

I wish I had known how dishonest they are at South Whitney Pizza, before ordering from them. They are absolute thieves. We had friends over and ordered two cheese pizzas. They came an hour later with two pizzas with meat all over them (even though the guy had repeated our order back to us - on speaker phone). We then sent the pizzas back and called to ask them to just credit our credit card. We were all starving and did not want to wait another hour. The guy said, ""Yeah, yeah I'll credit your credit card."" We checked with our credit card company a few days later, and there had been no credit made. So basically, they charged us for two pizzas that we never even got! And at the time of the incident, they seemed like they couldn't have cared less that eight people (from the area) were witness to this terrible customer service! All in all, a very disappointing hassle with a restaurant that apparently would rather sneakily take money from their customers than do the right thing. Cons: very dishonest staff more
