Review content:
Every time we have gone to Annie's Animal Clinic, we have had a positive experience. We started taking our older cat Kramer there in 2005 when we moved to Highlands Ranch. Each appointment was quick and easy and the vet (Dr. MacKenzie) was personable and sweet, and answered all our questions.
In 2010 we had dental surgery done for him for numerous cavities. The price was cheaper than I expected after talking to other places, and the whole process was effortless. We had a ""new cat"" afterwards - he was so much happier.
In 2011 Kramer was 14 and had a number of health problems. We decided we had to get him put to sleep, but at the last minute, I could not go through with it. The compassion that Dr. MacKenzie showed was amazing. She outlined our options. We could keep him with us, but with daily medications and strong pain pills, and his quality of life would still be low. We decided to go through with it. I almost felt like the Dr. was my friend by the end of this with how much empathy she showed. They did not collect our money at the end, but advised us to grieve and worry about it later. They sent us a sympathy card the next week, which I appreciated.
Months later, we have two new pets and Annie's is going to do free exams since they came from a shelter. I completely trust Annie's Animal Clinic and can't imagine taking my animals anywhere else.
